I like that there is a designated area for smokers. I also like the various keycard access doors so I don't have to go through the lobby. There's a grocery store and many places to eat within 5-10 min walking distance.

The property was close to where I needed to be. I liked the room, it was very clean (carpet will need replacing soon) and the exercise room was nice.

The BED! After a long, dusty, hot day of travel, falling into THAT bed was incredible! The most wonderful bed I have ever slept in, (and I have high standards for a comfy bed)! Absolutely sensational! 👏🏽

The staff are very friendly and the family room was a good size. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

After going to the wrong sonesta near LAX we were told that the one we reserved was 10 miles away. It was then the front desk manager stepped up (room reserved 09/01/25: Check in 630pm and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He got there shuttle driver to drive us to the sonesta select. Real great employee who went out of his way to help after a long day of flying. Then we get to the sonesta select and the front desk person was fantastic and went out of his way to help us.

Spacious and clean room. Coffee machine and fridge. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. We couldn't use the free shuttle to the hotel due to our flight arriving too late. We did use the shuttle back to the airport. Close to a few eating places and a 7Eleven. Well maintained grounds

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Being just around the corner from some shops was also good and I found it quiet at night.
